This campsite is one of the most popular in Iceland, offering a large accommodation structure for 400 tents, with clean communal sanitary facilities, picnic tables, barbecue area... Conveniently located next to the Visitor Centre and hiking trails, parking is also included in the price. It also offers plenty of space so as not to be disturbed by tourists. A good address, with the only downside being the absence of a fully equipped kitchen and a common room for shelter when the weather's not so good.
