Friendly hotel in Jokulsarlon, with well-maintained and comfortable rooms with private bathroom

This vast farmhouse offers a pleasant restaurant and a beautiful museum. The reception is very friendly and the rooms, recent, are rather small but well maintained and comfortable, with a very basic decoration. All have a private bathroom. The restaurant on the spot is also delicious! An excellent place to discover Lake Jökulsárlón and the surrounding area. Also nearby is a museum dedicated to the writer Þórbergur Þórðarson (1888-1974), which traces his life through his history and works.

La habitación muy acogedora, limpia y espaciosa. El entorno precioso, y el desayuno completo y muy bueno. El museo muy interesante y muy bien cuidado. Totalmente recomendable, nos ha encantado.

아파트먼트 건물에 묵었습니다. 객실 큼직하고 조리도구 및 비품 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 앞으로는 바다, 뒤로는 멋진 산, 우측으로는 빙하가 보입니다. 뷰가 예술입니다. 요쿨살론까지 10분, 스카프타펠 빙하까지 1시간 정도의 거리에 있어 위치도 매우 좋습니다.
조식도 맛있었습니다. 특히 홈메이드 햄이 아주아주 맛있었어요. 직원들 서비스도 좋았습니다.
리셉션과 숙박 건물이 떨어져 있습니다.

The restaurant is nice with a good menu and friendly service. You can see the glacier to the west of the hotel, which is situated between a mountain and the sea.
