Starred restaurant run by creative chefs offering desserts made from fresh produce.

Recently settled in Touques, this talented young couple, native of the region, has created a promising table worthy of a starred restaurant. Both come from great houses: Fanny Mordelle, an experienced and passionate sommelier, has moved to La Tour d'Argent, at L'Arpège, Lucas Carton and Le Saquana in Honfleur; Julien Bichot, creative and atypical chef, has proven himself at Le Dauphin in Le Breuil-en-Auge, Le Bréard in Honfleur and then in Paris at Robuchon, Le Pavillon Ledoyen and La Tour d'Argent. Their references speak for themselves. The weight of the experience effectively makes Carpe Diem a table where you can enjoy the present moment without worrying about tomorrow. Like the snacked scallops, Grenoble endive, citrus fruit condiments or, for dessert, mango, raspberry and brownie creamy inspiration. A business to be continued!

Le.plat jaret de veau a été élu meilleur plat par les convives qui nous accompagnaient. Cadre chaleureux, typique, accueil par le patron.

Rien à dire sur la cuisine c’était exceptionnel. La serveuse était souriante et agréable. Je recommande ce restaurant à faire au moins une fois. Seul bémol la terrasse à l’extérieur avec le bruit de la circulation.
