The old Bustarfell peat farm (several lined buildings), well preserved, is one of Iceland's most beautiful folk museums. The oldest part of the farm dates back to 1770. Easily recognizable by its red-painted gables, it is made up of 6 small houses connected between them by the stone insulation mudas and covered with peat roofs. Coffee on the spot. Well-marked access from Highway 85 to the southwest of Vopnafjörður.
