Whale Museum in Húsavík, Iceland, information about whales, marine ecology and whale interaction.

Here's a whale-watching museum in one of the world's most famous whale-watching towns. Its aim is to pass on information about whales, marine ecology and the interaction between whales and man throughout history. As one of the few museums in the world devoted exclusively to whales, there's a lot to learn here! Visitors can also appreciate the size of different whales thanks to the 11 skeletons on display.

Nice and full of information museum. It's quite small, but I would recommend a couple of hours to spend there.it has a lot of skeleton of different kind of whales. Also explains the history of whale hunting. Interesting for kids as well and there is a small souvenir store in the entrance. A bit pricey, bit nice things
