Hotel with a warm welcome between the small center and the harbor, offering rooms with a nice decor, hot tub in the backyard

This adorable hotel, partly housed in a house dating back to 1884 and located between the small center and the port, boasts the distinction of being the oldest hotel on the island. As famous as it is popular with tourists, the welcome is warm and inviting. The rooms and public areas are decorated with a taste not seen everywhere. Marlene Dietrich stayed here, and many people want to sleep in the same room, number 3! At the end of the day, you can enjoy a wonderful hot tub in a pretty little backyard.

Notre logement préféré en Islande ! Un hôtel dans une vieille bâtisse islandaise avec des chambres charmantes et un bassin extérieur d'eau chaude. Très romantique pour regarder les étoiles ( et les aurores boréales quand il y en a).

Très bel hôtel, le plus ancien d’Islande dans une maison du fin 19ème. Chambres rustiques mais douillette, pleines de charme quoi qu’un peu petite. Un Hot tub en pierre dans une jolie petite arrière-cour. Un coup de cœur !
