Hotel near a beautiful beach and the magnificent Latrabjarg, large bird cliff, guesthouse open from mid-May to mid-September

Located a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach, this building is a former rural school that has been transformed into a charming hotel. The rooms are spacious and en-suite. Hotel Latrabjarg, run by Sigridur Huld Gardarsdottir (Sirry) and Karl Eggertsson, is located near the beautiful Latrabjarg, one of Europe's largest bird cliffs. Located in Örlygshöfn, on the road 615, on the south side of the fjord Patreksfjörður, the guesthouse is open from mid-May every year to mid-September. Beautiful beach 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Super Lage. Netter Servic. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch das Drei Gänge Menü war reichlich und sehr gut. Natürlich muß man für die Lage etwas mehr zahlen. Das ist es aber auch wert!

Ein schönes kleines Hotel, liebevoll eingerichtet, toller Blick auf den Fjord und einen weißen Sandstrand. Mit normalem Pkw zu erreichen aber die 23 km dorthin sind nur langsam durch die mit Schlaglöchern übersäte Schotterstraße, die sich am Fjord entlang schlängelt, zu befahren. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, ein schönes Bad und es ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Eigentümer hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Nice hotel to spend a night if you're in the area with spacious bedroom. Sadly we had to skip breakfast as we had to start early and breakfast was served at 8am
