MIDHRAUN LAVA RESORT

Très bel endroit, reculé et calme. Chambres petites mais très propres ainsi que les lieux communs. Cuisine aménagée et complète. 1 étoile en moins car 1 wc pour toutes les chambres c'est un peu limite.
Le soir vue exceptionnelle sur les aurores boréales si vous êtes en saison.

I want to let others know of my experience here. We stayed in a 2 bedroom house (Hraun #4) for 2 nights. The first night we lost all power to the house. They tried to fix it, but we still had no power to the ceiling lights in both bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and outside. They tried to fix it the next day. The second night we lost all power again to the entire house. This time it was after 10:00 pm. There is NO HELP available between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am! Let me repeat NO HELP. We left by 8:00 a.m. the next morning. I have been trying to get a refund, but my requests go unanswered.

After I left they told me it was the adapters I was using. Well sorry but the house circuit breaker was failing when the adapters were removed. This was confirmed in the first night of troubleshooting.

Extremely dissatastied with your lack of response in my numerous emails and phone calls to resolve this issue. That is the reason I am posting this so others can be aware.

Nice room and nice people. Everything costs extra. You want your room cleaned, extra charge. You want an extra towel, extra charge. You want to use the hot spring, extra charge. Extra charge even for a cup of tea.

Das Resort an sich hat uns sehr gut gefallen, eines der besten Unterkünfte auf unserer Reise. Beim Frühstück gab es je nach anwesenden Personal große Qualitätsunterschiede. Wenn man die beiden Damen morgens erwischt ist es sehr gut.
1 Stern ziehen wir für das Abendessen am 1. Tag ab. Es gab ein Buffet welches recht teuer war zudem waren alle Speisen wie auch meine Vorgänger schon teilweise bemängelten komplett kalt und somit wirklich kein Genuss.
