Régine Adam, Cédric Rehm and Kevin Goetz have embarked on an original adventure: to create a restaurant serving dishes that respect produce, agricultural traditions and the animal condition. Kevin is a chef with a passion for agriculture, Cédric has learned the trade of cooking from some of the great names, and Régine excels in service and sommelier. Their passion can be felt down to the smallest detail, and it's a real pleasure to taste all these delicious dishes while listening to the whole team tell us how they were made, with a smile.
