In this hotel, you feel almost cut off from the world, right in the middle of unspoilt Icelandic nature. Most of the rooms offer magnificent mountain and ocean views. The restaurant, in a large, light-filled dining room, is open for all meals and offers daily menus based on seasonal arrivals (fresh produce from the kitchen garden, homemade bread and jam, etc.). Breakfast is varied and delicious, and served as a buffet, as are the home-cooked dishes served at lunchtime.

Excellent restaurant et petit-déjeuner

We were expecting a restaurant with a menu but we’re surprised they only served a $55 (USD) buffet with the majority being fish, which neither of us eat. My lady can only eat small amounts so it was an utter ripoff. Anyhow, do some due diligence before choosing this place.
