Comfortable country hotel with spacious rooms with private bathrooms, some with kitchenette

If you've been driving for hours, the Hotel Bifrost offers a welcome break 1h30 from Reykjavik. More practical than aesthetic, it has the merit of being located between the capital and the north. The 51 rooms are spacious, with private bathrooms and some with kitchenettes. Breakfast is included and the on-site restaurant serves excellent food, but the price is rather high. For a truly magical experience, we recommend rooms with mountain views. Please note that there's not much else around.

Nous avons séjourné lors de notre road trip sur la Ring Road et nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Les gens de la réception étaient super gentils. La chambre a été récemment rénovée, avait une immense douche et suffisamment de place pour les bagages.

La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné avait besoin d'être rénovée. Le lit était vieux et trop mou. Le service n'était pas à la hauteur à mon avis. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Mais dans l'ensemble pas un bon hôtel à mon avis
