Hotel Varmaland opened in 2019 after an extensive renovation and refurbishment of the Varmaland Housing Academy, designed by Guðjón Samúelsson and originally built in 1946. During the renovation, the history of the place was mixed with a comfortable and modern design, so that it has become a stylish hotel in the heart of Borgarfjörður. The 60 rooms are Scandinavian in style, where simplicity and comfort go hand in hand. On the top floor, the Calor restaurant offers a 360° panoramic view and tasty local dishes.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels d'Islande. Cela vaut bien tout l'argent que nous avons dépensé. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable ! Tout ce dont vous avez besoin et bien plus encore ! Le dîner était l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu non seulement en Islande mais dans le monde entier. Bel emplacement et à proximité d'un hôtel de nombreuses destinations touristiques ! Je le recommande vraiment !

Un petit-déjeuner buffet incroyablement raffiné et un look raffiné et moderne au sein de l'hôtel. Vraiment agréablement surpris compte tenu du prix que nous avons payé. Juste wow!

l'un des meilleurs hôtels où nous avons séjourné. La nourriture était parfaite, je recommande le "Menu du Chef". La fille à la réception était merveilleuse, je ne lui ai pas demandé son nom ???? De plus, je voudrais féliciter Antonella du restaurant, une personne très agréable, serviable et cultivée. L'expérience globale est de 5+, fortement recommandée. Najbolji dorucak !
