This establishment, run by Markus Mraz and his sons Lukas and Manuel, is a veritable institution on the Viennese gastronomic scene. Tables of this level on the outskirts of the city are an exception. The Mraz family concocts avant-garde cuisine with disconcerting flavors. Let yourself be surprised and trust the 15-course menu. Just specify any allergies you may have, and the chef will take care of the rest. Save room for cheeses - the cart offers around forty! Wine and food pairings available. A great gastronomic moment.
