Ideally located opposite the Albertina, the city's main tourist office, this bar-restaurant is a must. In summer, you can sit out on the terrace to enjoy the lively atmosphere, or in winter, in the elegant, cosy dining room. Enjoy an imperial breakfast in the morning, and an excellent daily menu of generous Viennese dishes at lunchtime. The house is also famous for its desserts, which can be ordered throughout the day with a creamy coffee. The strudel is, as it should be, divine. For sachertorte, go to Sacher's, 150 meters away...
