This is the renovated Parliament restaurant. A superb new gourmet address on the Ring. You eat in the basement of the historic building. It's also the MPs' restaurant. So you can eat right next to a member of parliament! Kelsen's cuisine is Austrian revisited, but also locavore and made with products from environmentally-friendly agriculture. La Cantina offers an affordable daily menu. Le Bistrot and l'Agora are open all day and offer breakfasts, drinks and pastries.
