A small Austrian-style pancake... The Viennese Palatschinken are a little thicker than the Breton pancakes. The house uses organic eggs, flours and local ingredients. We liked the emperor's pancake served with a compote of quetsches and the amazing meringue pancakes ... But whether they are spinach/salmon, walnut/brie, sheep/veal or minced meat/gouda, all are tasty, hearty and with side dishes. A very good value for money.
