Generations meet here to enjoy typical Viennese cuisine accompanied by selected wines. Tucked away in a pretty passageway between Bäckerstrasse and Wollzeile, the room quickly fills up. La plus grande escalope de Vienne.
C'est dans ce restaurant que l'on trouve la plus grande escalope. L'original est à base de veau, mais il existe aussi d'autres variantes.

Le Wienerschnitzel est un plat classic de Vienne. Figlmüller est un restaurant toujours très frequenté par les touristes. Le schnitzel n'est pas mal.

Il est vrai, l'un des meilleurs endroits de la ville pour goûter le Schnitzel ! Version porc ou veau, c'est délicieux, et les portions copieuses. Personnel pas toujours très sympathique, et penser à réserver longtemps à l'avance pour le restaurant historique, sinon il faut faire la queue pour l'Annexe, un peu plus industrielle comme expérience !

Comme indiqué dans beaucoup de guide, c'est l'endroit où il faut gouter les fameux Schnizel et nous n'avons pas été déçu !
Certes, nous avons dû faire la queue car c'est une adresse très prisée mais sincèrement c'était très bon.
Nous avions commandé 1 Schnitzel, 1 salade et un autre plat avec une sauce tartare ce qui était un bon choix pour accompagné le Schnitzel.
Le service a été très correcte, nous avons pas senti qu'il fallait qu'on se dépêche...
