Thomas Edlinger has created a truly remarkable gourmet address whose success is well-deserved. It's all about gastronomy, it's even the temple of gastronomy in the 2nd arrondissement, around an Austrian cuisine revisited with inventiveness and talent. The menu is renewed twice a month to the great pleasure of the regulars who have made this refined address a trendy and friendly establishment.
