Renowned chef Stefan Doubek, aka DBK, recently opened his namesake restaurant, where he cooks exclusively over a wood fire. Doubek has just 8 tables and was designed by the renowned Studio Riebenbauer. Needless to say, you'll need to book in advance to enjoy the chef's distinguished, inspired dishes and the hushed ambience of this address for the happy few. The menu is a veritable poem, magnifying local ingredients and drawing inspiration from the world's finest cuisines, particularly Asian and Middle Eastern.
