CUCINA ITAMESHI
Don't come to this new restaurant in the small collection of Japanese-inspired addresses including the pioneering, famous Mochi opened in the same neighborhood in 2012. With Cucina Itameshi, Japan meets Italy. A great idea! On the lunch menu on this summer's day, we had a cream of ricotta, lamb's lettuce, pear and truffled yuzu to start, followed by grilled red mullet, braised tomatoes, artichoke and tarragon chips or a bowl of homemade ramen, spinach leaves, burrata and to finish a lemon sorbet with braised apricots. Refined, tasty and original.
