This is the bistro of starred vegetarian chef Paul Ivic. In a trendy passageway near the MuseumQuartier, under the large glass roof or in the dining room, you'll find a parade of pretty little dishes combining vegetables, cereals, spices, fine herbs and flowers, including the inimitable beet and mushroom tartar, or this salted butter with leek oil. The garden menu surprises with its flight of colorful, tasty seasonal dishes. And the desserts are just as good! And there's no shortage of meat.
