Beautiful room under its glass roof, on the first floor of the Hôtel Gilbert. As the name suggests, it's a vegetarian trend. Chef Parvin Razavi treats us to vegetarian cuisine, but not only... Excellent knife-edge tartare with black garlic and olive oil. The spelt risotto with pumpkin, parmesan and strips of raw pumpkin marinated in vinegar is delicious.
