This is the ancestor of the Gürtel phenomenon, the first of the establishments that today make the Gürtel, with its nightclubs under the vaults of the metro, the meeting place for clubbers. The first to set up under the arcades, the Chelsea is always packed. It's a decibel-packed venue, where revelers are sure to find a hellish atmosphere.
