It's the chic tea room of the ultra-chic Hotel Sacher. Above all, it's the temple and birthplace of the Sachertorte. You can buy it in its pretty take-away box, or enjoy it on a luxurious banquette, as noblemen and aristocrats from all over Europe and France did before you. It's a 100% chocolate must-have when visiting Vienna. A Sachertorte and a hot chocolate, all with cream: pure happiness, even if you have to wait in a (very) long queue. It's all part of the game! And so are the high prices...

Le cadre est superbe, le café excellent et le service parfait. Je m'attendais à mieux pour la Sacher Torte mais cela fait partie des petits plaisirs à découvrir à Vienne.
Nous avons fait une demi-heure de queue dans la rue avant d'avoir une table !
