At the huge complex of the inter-national city, the turn of the century was built at the turn of the millennium to celebrate the city's entry into the third millennium and become the highest building in the city (more than 100 m) after the nearby television tower, the Donau Turm which peaked at 170 m., thanks to two powerful elevators.
