Y prévoir une matinée si l'on souhaite faire toutes les collections, très riche musée couvrant beaucoup de périodes, très belles oeuvres du XVIIème européen. Café magnifique, avec de très bons mets, ne pas hésiter à y faire une pause !

Que dire ? Etant amateur et étudiante en art, le Kunst est l'un des plus beaux musées que je n'ai jamais vu. L'architecture intérieur, si fréquent à Vienne, y est à couper le souffle. La collection est immensément variée et très riche. Un incontournable. Pour dire, pendant mon court séjour en cette magnifique ville j'y suis allée deux fois!

Le musée des Beaux-Arts possède une très belle collection de Brueghel l'Ancien, des Dürer, un Caravage toujours aussi lumineux David avec la tête de Goliath, quelques toiles de Cranach magnifiques et envoûtantes, de beaux Van Dyck, un Bosch grandiose et bien d'autres.
La section égyptienne est superbe, et possède de très belles pièces dans une ambiance intimiste et chaleureuse.

It should be visited absolutely, if only to admire the frescoes of Klimt adorning the capitals of the monumental lobby.
When I visited, on May 6th, it was the last day of an exhibition Klimt and a footbridge had been installed in which you can go up to be right of these frescoes.
