Museum housing one of the most important collections of arms and armor in Western Europe.
One of the most important collections of arms and armor in Western Europe, from the wars, coronations and consecrations of sovereigns from the 15th to the 20th century. We discover the arms of Charles V, Maximilian, Sigismund, armor designed by Dürer, Holbein... but also the arms of Ottoman invaders requisitioned following the defeats of 1529 and 1683. The exhibition shows how military equipment has evolved over the centuries.

La collection d’armes et d’armures est l’une des plus impressionnantes que j’ai pu voir jusqu’à ce jour et l’on peut parcourir les différentes époques de l’Histoire en les admirant. Le tout est exposé dans un splendide palais !
