It is the other great name in imperial delicacies. Gerstner was the court's pastry chef, so the house has a certain reputation and a long tradition. The sweet delights of this confectionery have been made by hand for over 170 years. Highlights include Klimt confectionery, Sissi cake or chocolate with punschkrapfen (pink pastry with rum and apricot jam). Personnellement j'ai trouvé leur strudel aux pommes délicieux mais j'ai été moins emballé par la sachertorte et le chocolat chaud (que j'attendais plus "épais"...A mon sens, j'ai bu un cacao chaud pas un chocolat chaud).
Au premier étage, l'espace a été optimisé... un peu au détriment du confort de certaines places. Dommage.
