This small chain of organic bakeries is increasingly successful. It has six bakeries in Vienna. Öfferl's philosophy begins with farmers who care about the environment and the production of high-quality cereals. This is followed by fine flours, live sourdoughs, slow kneading and all the traditional know-how of the baker. The Schottengasse boutique offers a wide variety of breads, sandwiches and drinks to take away or enjoy on the premises, in a bright, beautifully decorated space.
