One of the oldest Gothic churches in Upper Austria.
This church, with its predominantly Gothic architecture, is believed to be one of the oldest in Upper Austria. It was built on the site of a church already mentioned in 888. The church and convent were founded at the end of the 13thcentury . In 2000, during renovation work, magnificent frescoes were discovered in the choir and cloister. This well-appreciated site boasts a magnificent square, and hosts concerts, events and fairs.
