Large Trouvillaise brasserie with a terrace offering different menus.
The Pavillon Augustine is now one of the great breweries of Trouvillaise. It is true that the place has a few assets, on the quayside, just in front of the casino, it overlooks the entire port of Trouville, la Touques, with Deauville on its right. A privileged place that the Pelhate couple holds with know-how, intelligence in the kitchen, and beautiful enthusiasm in the dining room. The menu juggles between local specialities, the great brewery classics, and more daring slate suggestions. All this with a freshness of land and sea aware of the potential that surrounds it: as the fishing of the day is just a few steps away, the delicious Martine Lambert ice creams a few meters away and the Calvados Drouin 15 km away. Homemade foie gras or fillet of duck cooked at low temperature, sea bass and fennel or seasonal scallops from Trouville, each realization is beautiful. On the covered terrace, behind the glass roof or around the piano bar, this place on the waterfront can quickly capsize at the party, so much so that conviviality reigns here, especially at weekends.

proposés semblaient alléchants, malheureusement ils étaient gorgés de sable.
Ensuite les moules à la crème sont arrivés sans crème et la responsable a dit : y'en a pour 2mn pour ajouter de la crème. Hélas les moules sont revenues avec une crème posée dessus à la va vite ...
Mon époux par contre, qui a pris un menu, a bien mangé !
Faute à pas de chance pour moi.
Merci à la jeune fille qui s'est occupée de nous et qui a fait preuve de professionnalisme.
