MARCHÉ AUX POISSONS
On the quay, "up the boats’ arses", fishermen have been selling fresh fish and shellfish in this neo-Norman hall since 1936.
Since 1936, fishermen have been selling fresh fish, shellfish and fish soup in this traditional Normandy-style market hall, protected as a historic monument. A Normandy institution! Seven days a week, all year round, the nine fishmongers offer seafood products and local specialties: sole, grey shrimp, mussels, scallops and Trouville-sur-Mer mackerel, which has been certified since 2015 because it is fished artisanally. You can also enjoy a tasting session on the terrace. Just bring your baguette, and off you go!
