The Saiter company, founded in 1887, is one of the local institutions. Six generations have succeeded one another behind the colourful stall, straight from the sea. We love it, especially as the family not only sells its fish and beautiful seafood but also creates recipes, such as ultra-fresh tartars or the famous Jeannette soup, invented by the grandmother of the same name in the 1960s and awarded several times. For a good dose of iodine!

J'avais passé une commande d'un plateau pour 5 personnes pour midi précise. J'arrive à midi, ils avaient oublié ma commande. Après une discussion avec le très désagréable propriétaire de la poissonnerie, ce dernier a tout simplement refusé d'honorer la commande passée depuis trois jours. Dommage qu'un commerçant ne sache pas simplement s'excuser. Lamentable et pitoyable. C'est tellement facile l'été d'avoir cette attitude de mépris de ses clients. Mais comme la cigale de la fable de La Fontaine il dansera l'hiver prochain quand j'irai acheter chez ses voisins. A fuir
