A charming, historic establishment. Built in the 1880s in Haussmann style, the building was once a bazaar. The café opened its doors in 1909, and has welcomed celebrities such as Marlene Dietrich, Romy Schneider and Hugo von Hofmannsthal. The room is spacious and high-ceilinged, typical of the elegant Austrian Kaffeehouse . On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace overlooking the Left Bank and the fortress.
