WEIHERGUT GALLERY

A modern art gallery located in a beautiful th century mansion. The hotel is surrounded by a square several paved with the typical red marble of Salzburg. This court, which once threw hay for horses, is now used at openings. Housed in the former stables, the gallery exhibits an exhibition of contemporary furniture and objects, reproductions of Matisse, Braque, sculptures… the talented Bernard Vogel, salzburg painter who, exhibited here permanently, uses colourful and futuristic assemblies, or with Hans Peter Profunser Marbles. On the floor one of the pieces is built on one of the old walls of the city. An appendix to the gallery was set up in an old farmhouse at the limit of the city: a very beautiful space for today's creators.
