The former Zellberg school building, on a panoramic balcony above the Zillertal valley, has been converted into a hotel and restaurant offering gourmet cuisine. Products from local suppliers, including river char, cheeses, meats, wild herbs and vegetables, are used to create colorful, refined dishes that follow the rhythm of the seasons.
