We climb Hendl Fischerei even without skis in winter, for the ultimate excuse to fill our gullets with this absurd but fun signature dish: The Lobster & Chicken. A plate with whole lobster and chicken served with garlic bread. And no, you're not dreaming! In addition to this never-before-seen culinary attraction, an XXL pan of Kaiserschmarrn will serve as a welcome on the doorstep. An army of waiters wearing graphic fleeces will then take over to seat you around an organically carved wooden bar.
