KLAGENFURT CATHEDRAL (DOMKIRCHE)
Cathedral dating from the century, where you can admire the stucco work of its interior decoration and paintings.
Southeast of the Neuer Platz. This cathedral dates from the 16th century. It was built by the Protestants, commissioned by Christoph Windisch, the first mayor of the city. This prestigious religious building was assigned to the Jesuits in 1604. It was burnt down in 1724 and was rebuilt with a baroque decoration. You will not fail to admire the stucco work of the interior decoration (1669), as well as the paintings of the 18th century.
