The present castle dates from the 16thcentury , but underwent many alterations in the 17thand 19thcenturies . Its16th-century Sainte-Isabelle chapel features a beautiful altar. Outside the castle, the Sankt Georgen am Sanhof church is yet another example of the mix of Romanesque (exterior) and Baroque (annex and interior decoration) styles.
