STADTPARK FOUNTAIN (STADTPARKBRUNNEN)
This fountain was a French contribution to the Vienna Universal Exhibition in 1873.
Parisians will recognize its architecture! There are two copies of it on the Place de la Concorde in the French capital. This fountain is, in fact, a French contribution to the Universal Exhibition in Vienna in 1873. It was acquired the same year by the city of Graz to decorate what was then its new municipal park. Since then, the trees have grown in the park and the French fountain remains, of course (!), of the most beautiful effect.
