SOURCE SAINT BARTHOLOMÉ (ST. BARTHOLOMÄUS-QUELLE)
A spring dating back to 1931, when an artesian well was dug to supply drinking water, classified as a Heilquelle or cure spring.
The Sankt Bartholomäus spring was discovered in 1931 when an artesian well was dug to supply the inhabitants with drinking water. Since then, its reputation has spread across the cantons, and the qualities of its water, which is rich in hydrogen carbonate and sodium, have been recognised by the medical authorities. The classification of the spring as a " Heilquelle " (spring of cure) brings a renewed interest for this village in the center of which a pretty pavilion shelters the generous fountain.
