This fitness and bodybuilding gym, very similar to the French ones, is a rare thing in Cape Verde. It is located in the industrial zone, in the south-east of the city, a building that can be identified by the red and grey colours of its logo. The hall is modern, spreads over two floors and has all the equipment in good condition, to build up muscles! The welcome is warm and the atmosphere pleasant. You will be able to continue your usual sessions or get back in shape. Do not hesitate to consult their page on social networks.
