Pascal est l'un des meilleurs ambassadeurs du Cap Vert car il sait transmettre son amour pour ce pays et ses habitants. C'est un vrai puits de science sur le Cap Vert et l'excursion que nous avons faite avec lui était riche en anecdotes et haute en couleurs. Sa compagne Gigi saura elle aussi vous accueillir dans sa boutique du Mercado Municipal où elle propose des produits locaux. A conseiller à ceux qui veulent voir autre chose que les magnifiques plages de Sal.

Nous avons fait 1/2 jour le tour de l'île en jeep à 6 personnes avec Pascal Laborde, c'était génial, une vraie encyclopédie à lui seul. Beaucoup d'humour et un amour de son île qu'il sait communiquer aux autres

Arrived in the island of Sal on February 24th 2016 to enjoy a few days of rest in the sun after the death of my mother, the first contact with the island disappointed us. Constant and permanent wind, dry landscapes and dishes and huge hotel structures. Not love at first sight. Our tour operator, mainly Flemish, offer some French-speaking people take a tour of the island with Pascal " Français". And there, it is the discovery. Pascal made us as the island revealing us his touches human, geological, economic, historic, all with a lot of humour, cheeky humour.
Never the famous person, always good word. We spent the following day to the shop run by his partner, Sabor our ilhas, and we left with " souvenirs" buildings, is café which I taste by writing this opinion eating a crèpe nappée mixed. The " ponche" will be for this evening. All 2 times cheaper than at the so-called shop except airport tax. T
