A small, modest but very hospitable restaurant offering tasty cuisine. This could be your chance to discover the island's gastronomic specialty: modje, a kid stew simmered with potatoes, manioc, yams, pumpkin, onions, cereals and rice. Fish and seafood, meanwhile, form the basis of the islanders' diet, and no doubt you'll find them on offer at this restaurant. Grogue de São Nicolau is a popular digestive, so be sure to try it!
