All 9 apartments are located in the Morabeza Deluxe building. All are furnished in a luxurious, comfortable style and offer fantastic panoramic views of the sea, city and mountains. Each apartment has its own unique decor and style. They feature a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and two or three bedrooms, including a master suite. You'll receive all the comforts you need, plus a warm welcome from the owners to make your stay unforgettable.

Owner's Message
Our goal is to "turn apartments into homes"
The founders of Mindelo Apartments, Eva Fortes Soares and Carlos Fortes, have created a formula of high quality and beautiful design.
Eva was born and raised in Rotterdam, Netherlands, where she developed her love of style and design. She was raised in the culture and customs of Cape Verde. Her parents, born in São Nicolau (Cape Verde), always instilled in her a love for their heritage.
In August 2020, their childhood dream came true when they emigrated to Cape Verde.
Based in Mindelo, Eva and Carlos created Mindelo Apartments and other businesses. To ensure that all clients are treated with the utmost care, Eva and Carlos welcome them personally.
We believe in quality and warmth, well-designed environments and a unique experience.
We believe in welcoming our guests with love and we advocate joy and simplicity in life.

Cape Verde is also synonymous with "relaxing and stress-free", which implies the lifestyle of the island of São Vicente. The brand new style apartments are within walking distance of Laginha beach and the center of Mindelo. All apartments are well furnished in a luxurious and comfortable design, combined with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, the city and the mountains.

Carlos & Eva hebben ons goed ontvangen en de accommodatie was uitstekend! Alles wat je normaal thuis hebt, hadden ze daar ook. Denk aan een föhn, wasmachine, strijkijzer et cetera.
Ze dachten met ons mee en gaven ons ook nog geweldige tips.
De locatie zelf is echt geweldig, strand en het centrum zijn binnen loopafstand. Ook heb je direct naast de entree een supermarkt, wat ook super handig is als je snel wat nodig hebt.
Volgende keer zullen we hier zeker weer gebruik van maken, het is een dikke aanrader!!
