Its location in the heart of Mindelo's historic center, opposite the Belém Tower, is a real asset for exploring the city on foot. The breakfast, in the form of a mini-buffet, provides a good start to the day. The attentive staff will be delighted to help you find your way around.

Opened in August 2017, Moreno's Boutique Hotel has 9 beautiful rooms, 3 singles and 6 doubles and 1 elegant and well-equipped suite, benefiting from a privileged location in the historic centre of Mindelo, in Rua da Moeda.
Just a few meters from our hotel you will find several points of interest that are part of the Mindelense tradition: Porto Grande bay, the fish market, the beach street, the star square, Lisbon street, the palace, among others.
A beautiful historic city with warm people, it has a reputation for hosting lively nights and is the main hub of cultural activity in the Cape Verde archipelago. Land of Cesária Évora, mornas and coladeras, Carnival and the Baie des Gras Festival.

Un personnel attentionné, accueillant, souriant et qui renseigne bien.
Le petit déjeuner est suffisant (pain frais, confiture, fromage, jambon) avec aussi de la papaye mais les jus de fruit sont assez chimiques.
Il faut compter 15-20min de marche vers le terminal portuaire vers Santa Antao. Assez proche des supermarchés, restos.
Le seul hic, et pas des moindres, c'est que c'est juste à coté de quelques rues un peu "chaudes" et animées surtout entre 17h et tard dans la nuit. Pas très rassurantes... mais vous pouvez les contourner sans soucis. Si vous êtes à plusieurs, pas d'inquiétudes, à éviter si vous voyagez seul(e) à cause du quartier.
