5 min from Praça Nova and 2 min walk from Laginha beach. Elisabeth Miranda, Francophone and very friendly, rents 10 rooms in his large house with bathroom, hot water and air conditioning (charges apply) for eight and two with fan. Some rooms have a beautiful view over the bay, others have a small terrace, and there are cots. You can choose between twin and double beds. The rooms are well-kept, very pleasant and bright. The mistress is doing everything to help you.

HORROR TO BEST AVOIDED
The good opinions of the guides brought us in this pension
It is isolated, poorly located;
Cold and austere welcome; breakfast served with bread from the day before, to see before the day before, chemical and orange juice (there is the feeling to drink vitamin C)
Clean, but the bathroom is other thing; moreover you must accept to wash down with a water brown colour and rust
Ashamed quality- of everything (4800 escudos/night)
The worst pension with Mindello and probably of cape verde

Je suis désolée que vous ayez vécu une mauvaise expérience. J’ai été surprise de lire votre commentaire concernant la petit déjeuner, pourtant, nous recevons le pain frais tous les jours à 6h du matin. Nous sommes dans un quartier calme à 2min à pied de la plage "Laginha", et à 5min du Centre ville, raisons pour lesquelles nos clients choisissent notre établissement. Je regrette sincèrement que nous n’ayons pu mieux vous servir. J’ai fait le suivi avec mon équipe afin de m’assurer qu’une telle situation ne se répète pas. À titre d'information le prix d'une chambre est de 4.690$ toutes taxe comprise. Très cordialement, Irène.
