This restaurant belongs to the hotel of the same name. From its large, pleasant terrace on the upper floor, you have a direct view of the island of São Vicente and its expanse of mountains. Notre table n'est pas prête, notre réservation a été oubliée...
Après 10 minutes d'attente debout au milieu de la salle, on nous trouve enfin une table au fond de la salle, près des WC...
Commande prise, on nous apporte le vin, la serveuse désagréable lève les yeux au ciel pendant que je le goûte, trouvant sans doute que je mets trop longtemps...
Après 1h40 d'attente et plusieurs réclamations , nous ne sommes toujours pas servis...!
Nous quittons l'établissement après avoir payé le vin, sous la désapprobation du patron soucieux de savoir si nous avons payé notre consommation...!
Personnel nonchalant, désagréable et incompétent.
Patron débordé qui ne contrôle rien et se défausse sur ses employés.
