Amazing stay with Christophe and Mona. Loved the ability to spend time peacefully relaxing at the property and beach. And having them as excellent hosts to guide me through my stay - fishing for my first time and discovering so many places around the island. My first nights on Maio were at a hotel in Vila (while it’s a small town, the noise at all hours of night kept me awake). At Christophe’s, I was able to get great sleep and eat their excellent cooking and enjoy our many conversations. This is truly a special place and I can totally understand why they have so many repeat visitors.

Kleine Oase am Strand. Chris und Mona sind super gastfreundlich und kümmern sich um jeden Gast. Man kann hier richtig gut runter kommen und entspannen. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Empfehlung: nehmt das Abendessen mit. Chris ist ein großartiger Koch.

Mona and Chris are very hospitable. I loved the week I spent with them. We went fishing, snorkeling and had fun playing darts in the evenings. I highly recommend staying at BarracudaMaio.
