Nous sommes allés au cap vert par Tap Portugal. Ils n'ont pas arrété de nous changer les horaires d'avion. De plus l'airbus entre Libonne et Praïa avait des places très très étroites. en plus c'était un vol de nuit et les fauteuils ne s'inclinaient pas du tout. Franchement moyen. L'avion entre Lisbonne et Marseille da la TAP était plus confortable: ça veut dire que c'est possible de faire autrement!

Du retard a l aller au depart de Marseille Nous avons raté le vol pour Praia et avons du passer la nuit et la journée a Lisbonne
Bonne prise en charge avec hebergement et repas au Portugal malgré une arrivée au cap vert avec 24h de retard

Problem with luggage with one-way and return! At the beginning Marseille/Praia via Lisbon, bags had stayed in Lisbon and it took three days to get them in Praia (complaint were to be delivered to the hotel but we had to call the airport and to fetch them ourself: no service!). With the return Boavista/Sal REI/Marseille: the same and it was necessary to battle once in France to find our luggage. TAP did not contact us, our claims have not been treated (not an email or telephone call!). It is Air France Perpignan which was responsible for the formalities and we went to find our luggage there. No worries with TACV flights that have a bad reputation but TAP problems in series and not of communication! I will avoid this company in the future because the logistics problems can arrive everywhere but the least of things is to take into account the claims. It goes without saying we did not have any reimbursement of committed to fresh!
